كانت السنة 2015 من أصعب السنوات على لبنان في غياب رئيس للجمهورية، وفي ظلّ اهتراء مستمرّ، بل يومي، للمؤسسات يرافقه عجز عن إيجاد حل حتى لمشكلة النفايات. باتت كل المؤسسات التابعة للدولة اللبنانية مهددة في غياب أي رؤية للمستقبل.
